We do plan to deliver nationally, however currently we are only delivering in Leicestershire.
Times for Delivery
All orders are delivered Monday to Sunday between 9am and 6pm.
Order before midnight to get guaranteed next day free local delivery.
During busy sale periods, dispatch times for orders may take longer.
For reasons beyond our control please allow between 3 days for your order to arrive. If more than 3 days have passed please to review the status of your order.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Delivery / Order Status
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also contact you if we need further information.
Once your order is approved, we will aim to deliver within the next day within Leicestershire. Order before midnight to get guaranteed next day free local delivery.
While processing the order we will notify you once the driver is out for delivery, or if the driver has completed delivery, or if there was a failed delivery attempt.
Our drivers will help where possible, but they will not enter your premises. We will only deliver goods to your door.
An authorised person aged 18 or over must be at the delivery address at the time of delivery. Goods will not be left with anybody under the age of 18.
Proof of age and identity may be asked for at delivery.
The signature / photo on receipt of the goods will be proof of delivery.
